Busy streets, busy people. Buses and cars honking horns to be able to cross the intersection. I just finished processing my pre-employment papers when I felt my stomach churning. “I did not have breakfast yet”, I thought. Jollibee is just a few steps away from the foot of the pedestrian overpass. It’s been a while since I had a meal in Jollibee.
Y2 is my usual dine-in or to-go order, but this time, I decided to try the hotdog sandwich. Instead of the classic hotdog topped with grated cheese and ketchup, I went for the new “top your own” variant.
There are three options to add to the traditional and original jolly hotdog sandwich: bacon, jalapeno or “all in” (grated cheese, bacon, jalapeno). I went for the last option.
I enjoyed eating this sandwich. You can taste all the toppings without feeling throwing up. The jalapeno is not spicy, probably because it was just the skin, no seeds. The bacon bits, although not that much was tasty.
Jolibee’s all-in top your own jolly hotdog is 125 pesos inclusive of regular fries and drink.
