You got a Paymaya account that is linked to your mobile number, but the unexpected happens, and either you lost your mobile phone or had your SIM locked. You are an active Paymaya user and you need your Paymaya account to transfer funds and pay your bills. What to do now?
In case you don’t know, a Paymaya user can only have one account under his or her name. Registering for a new account under a new number may push through but you cannot use your account as it is not and can’t be verified due to an existing account under your name.
So to be able to fix this issue and be able to use the Paymaya app once again, you must do the following:
- Call or send an email to Paymaya requesting the deletion/deactivation of your old Paymaya account so you could set up a new one.
Hotline: 8845-77-88 or *788 for Smart users
Email support: support@paymaya.com
- You will undergo data verification and you have to provide the necessary information the Paymaya Support Associate ask of you to push through with the procedure.
- It may take some time to be able to complete this process. Give Paymaya ample time to address your concern before you can register a new Paymaya account. Follow up when necessary.
